Business & Commercial

Closing a location, changing direction or reducing surplus? Put the business assets into a coordinated sale plan instead of managing a string of disconnected disposals.

Keep the business decision moving.

A move, closure or change in operations can leave you with equipment, inventory and a deadline. Selling those assets becomes another project competing for your attention.

True Blue Auctions provides commercial and industrial auction services for business property, excess inventory, machinery and equipment. The starting point is your situation—not a standard campaign applied to every business.

Surplus assets

Discuss assets no longer needed while clearly separating the equipment staying in operation.

Business liquidation

Bring inventory, machinery and other business property into a coordinated disposition discussion.

Commercial real estate

Where a building or land is also involved, address the property sale separately from the operating assets.

A campaign built around the assets—not just the deadline.

Our existing business-auction approach includes targeted market research, descriptive listings, photography and online marketing. The proposal connects those methods with the relevant asset audience and the practical sale arrangements.

  1. Define the scope. Identify what is being sold, where it is and which operating deadlines matter.
  2. Assess suitability. Discuss the assets and whether an auction is a practical route.
  3. Review the proposal. Agree on the campaign, seller charges, access and responsibilities.
  4. Present and conduct the sale. Market the approved inventory and provide the bidding arrangements set out for that auction.

Focused primarily on individual machines? Visit Machinery & Equipment. For a building or parcel, explore Real Estate Auctions.

Questions before a business sale

Can we discuss selected assets rather than the whole business?

Yes. Explain the excess inventory or equipment you want considered and what must remain. The proposed scope can then be evaluated around that asset list.

What about financed equipment, leases or removal deadlines?

Raise those issues at the start. Ownership, lender or lease restrictions and access arrangements need resolution with the appropriate parties. Do not assume an auction removes those obligations or includes rigging and transportation.

Which assets are holding up your next decision?

Send the business location, a short asset list and your deadline. Start with the facts needed to build a practical proposal.

START WITH YOUR SITUATION

What would make your next step easier?

An estate to settle. A property to sell. Assets ready for their next chapter. Start with what you know—we can discuss the questions together.

You do not need a finished inventory.A brief description and location are enough to begin.
