Memorandum Of Agreement Of The Sale Of Real Estate


IT IS AGREED BY AND BETWEEN Estate of Garth Longley the Sellers of the Real Estate Mentioned in the foregoing TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE received by the Buyer prior to the auction, and the accompanying this document and Leonard C. Martin, Jr. whom has become the purchaser at auction for the sum of Thirty One Thousand Dollars ($31,000.00) for 269 Old Tyrone Pike (Deed Book: 1936-0273) and Thirty Six Thousand Dollars (#36,000.00) for 296 Old Tyrone Pike (Deed Book: 1936-0273). The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) shall be paid down by the purchaser to the seller by way of deposit and in part payment of the said purchase price and that the preceding written TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE received by the Buyer prior to the auction will accompany this Memorandum Of Agreement and are hereto incorporated herein and are the Terms of Agreement of the sale of real property at auction. True Blue Auctions shall hold deposit in escrow from until closing or default. WITNESS our hands and seals, this 14th day of October 2017.
